We began in 2020 with a simple goal in mind:
Cook amazing food, and make it accessible to all
Our Mission is to take the intimidation and financial fear away from fine dining
What began as a very simple conversation has since turned into a culinary adventure. East Wind Hospitality was founded on the basis of cooking food that could be found in the top restaurants around the world and making it approachable to those who would otherwise never get to experience such food. We believe that good food should not only be available to those of a certain socioeconomic group, but rather shared among all who are willing to experience it with an open mind.
